i dont wanna be THAT guy but ehhhh weapons for solo lvling for people of all money ranges have been discussed in like 100 other recent threads here >.<

get a Nab's Cloth with decent FS enchant for more dmg as long as it's within your budget (higher FS gives better dmg, but more expensive).

if using RC skill. jur+12 or higher with 3 hunter fly card its help you gaining hp for solo leveling. armor nab cloth with FS enchant. middle robo eye, lower pirrate dagger.
