BOO!

So who here has extra time on their hands!!?? *Raises hand* I think we need more Halloween festivities! All in agreement say aye. *everyone says aye*

For this Halloween event we'll be getting our hands dirty for some special arts and crafts!

This time we have some fun stuff planned for those of you who don't have a way with words-- time to get out those knives! (Whoa whoa we're not killing anyone :p_devil: )

Part I

Rules:

-Bake, simmer, microwave (or any other strange ways you people may cook food) a dessert!

-The dessert must be an actual dessert type dish: cupcakes, cookies, pie etc.

-Take a picture of it, and include your IGN in the picture somehow.

-Too easy? You wish. It must incorporate some scary or Halloween type aspect.

Now don't worry, I know many of us can't cook. You can try your hand at Part II.

Part II

Rules:

-Carve a pumpkin, or make a Halloween decoration of any sort by hand.

-The carving or decoration must have some RO2 aspect, such as a monster or NPC.

-Take a picture of it and include your IGN somehow.

Rules for both Part I and II:

-Entries must never have been submitted before.

-No profanity or inappropriate content.

-They must not be 1-minute-to-make type things.

-You may submit entries for both Part I and II, but you can only win 1 of them.

-Entries will be judged primarily on creativity and effort.

Dates:

-From now until the end of October 31st (Halloween!)

Prizes:

- 1st Place in Part I will receive 5 phantom stones and an event dye.

-1st Place in Part II will receive a perm Phantom Racer and an event dye.

-Everyone else with an appropriate entry will receive an ERPB for participation.

*prizes, dates, and rules are subject to change*

Happy Crafting!

You have 3 weeks to practice decorating :D It's always nice to learn a new skill, both in game and in real life.

Look on this way aoi it's an halloween event, it has to be scary :P
Being serious no one of us is a pro and try something new is always good. If to decorate a cake is too hard try whit bisquits or you can make decoration whit colored plastic sugar i guess you played whit plastiline when you were a child.

Oh my who is this behind the pumpkin mask?

BigfootHalloween1_zpseeb18681.jpg

Oh it's just Bigfoot...he isn't so scary afterall!

BigfootHalloween2_zps6f18fac0.jpg

Bigfoot is a one of a kind based on the Bigfoot/Grizzly bears in Payon and Maple Forest and his costume is loosely based on the new Pumpkin mask and cloak.  I designed the pattern then I hand stitched him out of German mohair.  He is fully articulated with metal and hardboard joints. He has been airbrushed, and he has glass eyes.  His "Dracula" cape is made of German wool felt.  His pumpkin mask is cut from a tiny trick or treat bucket, he has sparkly pom pom buttons, and his sign is made of a vintage paper straw and wooden reproduction post card.

IGN: Waif (in case you can't read it on the sign)

Part II entry ~ Decoration

 Thank you!

If someone is cheating please pm your volunteer or a GM. Public shaming just creates drama (has happened before and spiralled out of control).

No one baked anything...that is sad.  I would have tried that but my cooking skills are non existent.  I was just happy there was a crafting event.  It's the only kind of event I can do.  lol
