I'm not even referring to the one that you can buy from IM but the one from Valor shop. Since it's like 1am here, I didn't even notice the "Character Locked on Acquire". And since I needed some extra zulie, I bought 5 from valor shop and tried to sell it from this shop that was buying it. Obviously, as i kept dragging it to his buy list, i just noticed that the item cant be sold. I haven't tested it with honor gears/valor (if they are even character locked like honor items, not sure) but honor gears are quite understandable since there are some players who are still selling them. But item unbinder coupon was just added recently.

 

So to summarize this post, how is it possible that you can put "Character Locked on Acquire" items on your buy list when it's quite obvious that you won't be able to buy those items off of players anyway (again not sure if its the same with honor gears). And I'm just wondering will i be able to get my pts back? since i don't need these coupons anyway..

Honor gear gets locked right after you take them out also, same as Valor

What I meant was, I'm not sure if you can put honor gears on your buylist, the same as the unbinder coupons. And like I said on my first statement, there are still some honor gears that wasn't equipped purposely by some players so they could still sell it. Not the new/unrefined one that you get straight out of the shop.

You can put the unbinder coupon from the IM on a buy list since it is tradable but as far as I know, you can't drag anything that is character locked into your buy list.

Like i stated on my first sentence. I'm referring to the unbinder coupon from the valor shop. I've tried putting it on my buy list and it worked. And also I was referring to selling those unbinder coupons that I bought from the valor shop to someone who was buying it in junon shops (might as well name him, jagz, near storage). Dragging it on to his buy list. Not mine.

"on Acquire" items only exist in game for items which existed before the trade restriction update.  They are tradeable like other items, but not normally obtainable in that form through regular gameplay.  Over time the availability of "on Acquire" items will fade out and this should no longer be an issue.

 

As for the issue for being able to add "on Acquire" items to your buy list, after some discussion with Leonis we came to the agreement that those items should not be allowed to be added to your buylist, so we'll look into removing that function in a future update, and also to remove existing "on Acquire" items from buylists to prevent any further confusion.

 

A confirmation box has also been added for next patch that warns you that an "on Acquire" item will become bound/locked upon being traded/purchased/withdrawn, and asks if you want to continue with the action before it happens.
