When i did buy several def passives but the books stayed in inventory after learning. After sending ticket i got the reply i need to npc them. Isn't it better to make them go away after learning the skill?

I would put them in storage, just in case.

Why? You can't reset or relearn them, so having the books after learning is useless.

They should consume upon use. There are different tiers of the defensive skill now, but you were not very specific in whether you are saying you bought several of the same book, or the various tiers.

 

Did you buy multiples of the same one, or one of each?

• Adept Shielding Training
• Master Shielding Training

The more information we can get regarding the situation, the better we can try and reproduce if there's a bug.

i did buy the 10% shield blessing one and the first 2% novice shielder training. I am kinda disapointed that support only removed the books instead of making sure that the same wont happen again. cuz i know others have whole storage full of valor passives cuz they didnt got cosumed.

 

so i did buy various tiers when i got the issue myself, but when i did buy before the last patch a valor passives on my raider it didnt happened, so my guess will be the 'bug' started since the latest patch.
