100. it is denoted in %, so
60 dodge means 60% chance. perfect dodge only dodge normal auto attack. skills will always hit you. unlike flee, the dodge value wont be reduced if u hit by muliple enemies.

here is my equip for p dodge:

full morri set which gives:

21 p dodge, 13 luk, which comes to 22 p dodge

2x fortune sword gives:

40 p dodge, 10 luk, which comes to 41 p dodge.

Mischievous fairy gives:

3 p dodge. 

Wild Rose carded shoes give:

5 p dodge.

Total is 71 p dodge.

throw in 80 luk more, makes it 79 and don't forget the 1 p dodge that every char got makes it 80.

then glass of illusion = 100 p dodge.

you cant combine choco and falcon, falcon is unslotted.

to the OP this is your best bet if you're on a budget.  Just don't worry about getting the mischievous fairy since that's the only really expensive item on this list.  without the consumable or the mid headgear, you already get 69 pdodge with 1 base luk.
