Monster Cry Description :

 

it makes u transform to Loli Ruri

 

 

i think its not quite usefull or fun.. coz the skill only give 5 sec to transform and it has cool down time to ALL SKILL for 4 sec (WTF).. plus the effect will be gone after the event..

 

but i guess its not fair to take out the effect after the event end... it will make the shoes totally broke.. except the GM give more duration for transform like 60 sec during the event...

That's funny! Only lasts 5 seconds & then a 4 second cool down. That part about ALL SKILLS has to be wrong otherwise that's even more -_- up!

Testing that out with my mecha, I couldn't do axe tornado until the effect pretty weared off.

Hey has anyone tried to do the repeated quest part after the rollback?

 

For some reason when I went back to the pack leader in Nif, the quest proceeded as normal but he didn't take any of my ingredients.

Then once I got to the other dimension with the unholy ghost, I couldn't proceed (the sprinkling of powder part).

 

-edit- hm it seems i had to go into the other dimension and out again to fix it then quest could work again.

Nothing like them doing "emergency maintenance" while people are in the middle of quests and/or upgrading. Always screws things up.

I agree, they should fix the effect so that it's permanent otherwise they're useless. Also fix the cast time on all skills. The cooldown on all skills is annoying and since its an event item all classes should be able to wear it, including novices. :T

logically speaking, one would assume it would leave when the GH spotlight ends.  But it may be extended since it took a few weeks for it to be fully implemented??  You can ask in tiki tuesday :3

How would that be a logical answer? Spotlight events have no tie to holiday event quests. O.o

I think there is going to be just 1 more week of the event, but I can't say for sure because I have no control over it.

Like KA said plus what does GH have to do with the Halloween Event in the first place. It takes place in Nif not GH :xd

if you were paying attention you'd realize that GH and Niff are both involved for the quest.  In fact, doing the quest the first time requires the player to walk all over GH to recruit the various npcs, and repeats require you to start off in GH.

 

Also, since Halloween took place on Friday, it would make sense if it was taken out this maint.  Of course, based on the previous track record of spotlights and associated headgear quests, there doesn't appear to have any hard/fast rule around when the headgear quest leaves (e.g. Dragon Helm quest, Tarnished lamp quest staying in for a very long period of time after the spotlight had ostensibly ended).

You forgot Prontera, how dare you?!?!?

I remember when originally talking with Campitor before the quest was in, that kRO was saying we could extend it til like 1 more week after Halloween was already over. This was due to Witch shoes and etc coming in later during the quest. Not sure if that is what is happening though.

Yeah, you get the same rewards for repeating the quest.

i love this repeatable quest. much much shorter than dragon helm. can be done in 3 mins (GH-niff-portal).
