Ok I'm bringing this up, again. And this time I'm gonna be more forward.

 

Stop neglecting questers. Seriously. We now have

every drop tier bonus as a gem, medal, and costume.

We have experience as costumes, medals, premium and sigils.

We have Valor reward passives and daily's.

We have Honor rewards and daily's.

We have increase Honor + Valor from premium.

We have drop item amount gems, medals and premiums.  

 

So where the hell is the love for questers huh? It seems like there is a way to get more rewards or experience from every single aspect of the game except quests. And that's bull.

How about some quest exp passives, or costumes. Maybe some quest reward gems. 

And don't say "well charm increases your rewards". It doesn't with exception to only a handful of old old old quests, and it doesn't affect exp. 

 

So seriously, stop neglecting it. I'm so overly drawn out from beating down my keyboard over and over in the same 5 damn leveling spots for hours and hours and hours. I want to go out again and explore and have it be WORTH my while. Not have it feel so moot. I'll pay for a costume, or the premium. I'll farm the quest reward gems. Just put the option out there.

They'll need to improve overall exp gain in pretty much every quest in the game as well. When running about for 10 minutes to then get 0.5% of your exp bar is rather silly.

Sad part is, that everyone is so used to just botting + afking to level, that this barely gets noticed cause they don't care. lol

I am a quester myself. There are so many areas that need worked on in this field. IMO, the Hero Quest needs some reworking, mostly the older parts. There are so many maps that have no quests, or only a few quests in them. There is only one Valor Quest on Luna. The one quest on Luna (given by Pavrick), gives a level 20 back item as a reward. I find this ludicrous, as you have to be level 70 to even go to Luna. The Progression Quests should be extended, along with the Hero Quest. I would like to see more rewards that are truly helpful to the character leveling being given. Class specific ones for example.

better quest with good rewards and more quests and i will start using my lowbies for that for sure. i am playing other game which has lots of quests and it makes it way more fun and they barely have botters cuz you can use a bot with doing quests. so more good questing and less botting :p_hi: :p_idea:

I Agree!! Extend Progression Quest up to 100!! or at least put quests in all areas with decent difficulty and reward. The Stat/Damage/Defense changes just made the climb harder. Also better quest notification, sometimes it shows on the mini-map sometimes not

You know, the start of the Hero quest gives you a pretty good piece of jewelry, depending on which NPC you talk to after Francis. IE, Cornell's Necklace (Str 10) if you talk to Cornell, Keenu's Ring (Int 10) if you talk to Keenu and Lena's Earring (Dex 10?) if you talk to Lena. When you do the progression quests, you get a choice of decent armor in Luxem Tower, your choice of weapon in Zant, and class specific armor in Anima Lake. I personally would like to see more things like this added to the game. Give decent back items, armor, weapons, and jewerly, things that will actually help us to level in the game.

MY vision is

 

Progression Quest + Non-repeatable/Lore quests = Reward useful gear, and items with modest to moderate experience.

Repeatable quests should reward flat exp and some type of currency, ei Valor, Honor, Zully, etc. Things that are consumed or used to barter.

 

This quest flow makes the most sense, as the progression + hero / lore quests you do once, and should be "discovering" the story as you go. I don't know a lot of people who on the same character feel like repeating the story.

That is true, but you can share the quest items with other characters? What about class specific items? If you make another class, you would have to do them again, to get the items for that class.

Progression and non-repeatable are kinda self explanatory, obviously if you make a new character, that character hasn't explored any of the world yet, and thusly would need to do those quests.
