Dunno why this isn't showing and if it has something to do with recreational or with the gem itself not having visuals?

Thanks for the report, I'd be willing to bet that it's the off-hand having issues, as many of the newer off-hand items would not have been originally designed with gemming in mind.  We'll see about getting the Bunny Doll fixed up, and if you spot any more off-hands that aren't displaying their gem effect, do let us know so we can give them the same treatment.

well i can say that i've never seen anyone with an offhand gem displaying any visual effects. it doesn't even show up on my magic tool atm

Well it's because offhand gems only work since gem update
