Hello!

 

I've been trying to buy KP but the 'Buy VIP & points - button' is not working, I can click it but nothing happens. I play using  Steam and already unistalled and reinstalled the game thinking that would help.

Is this a bug or just me? I buy KP a lot and this is really weird.

You may have been playing the game from the Ragnarok folder

 

For steam users to get the vip and cash shop options, they must play the game from the steam's library.

*There is no login screen when signed in through steam.

No, I'm not playing from the Ragnarok folder, I play from my Steam library.

And still can't buy KP.

Please refer to this article. If you registered RO through Steam then make sure that you are launching the game from Steam's client.
