I hear that when turn homunculus to homunculusS it wil lose huge aspd . Is it true?

How many aspd lose when i turn my Filir(aspd185) to Sera or Eira or Dieter?(I haven't choose yet but other S Bayeri isn't my style and Eleanor is only good in 1-1 combat and lack of support skill)

Yeah, your ASPD will go way down. It'll get a little better as it levels up as homun S.

I don't have the formula to predict homun S attack speeds.

I don't think it's a fixed amount; I'm pretty sure the aspd mod is what's changing (analogous to the effect of weapon class on aspd) - but I haven't studied it in depth, since it's not actionable.
