I have participated on server merge and used token sent to my email from SEA, I have followed everything until it says successful and I only have to wait until the server merge was done. But when I logged in today I found out that none of my characters been transfered to NA server. What happened?

I can't even send them any tickets. Admin from RO2's facebook page told me that my account might be one of those who had account merging issues and I'll receive an email notification from WP, but I didn't receive any email

It'll be helpful if you guys managed to screenshot that successful message but it's not absolutely required, so as for now submit ticket, get the ticket ID in your email and wait for ticket reply. Submit ticket in NA is nearly the same as iBox in SEA before.
Currently many players lose items or stuck with other technical issues such as this, so it may takes some times. Don't lose hope yet. Give them it some times to resolve it.

same issues, cannot even submit my own ticket, it just keep redirecting me to the submit ticket page

I already merge my Sea account to warpportal account but still my sea account cant be accessible yet. Help please!!

My account has been merged. Thanks Warpportal. I assumed the Maintenance was Saturday not Monday, hence the post. There's a slight issue with the account that I'd get sorted out later after I have the time.
