The NPC is located here on the left side of Lighthalzen!

 

They were unable to adjust the loyalty during maintenance on the 22nd, but have extended the event to November the 5th. You will need to talk to the NPC again.

 

Evolving the Homunculus into the adult form when it isn't 99 yet (assuming you can) won't have any effect on their stat growth, correct?

No, but if you a gene over leveling with homunculus is possible. When it hit 99 and  you are a gene transmute it to  Homunculus S ASAP or it will get stat growth of Homunculus not Homunculus S.

I can also confirm that the level you evolve (from first to second form non-S homun) does not impact final stats - last loyalty event, a lot of homuns were evolved at very low levels.

They did this event once before, about 2 years ago when homun S system was first added. It's not something that's done routinely - the GMs give the impression that it's a lot of work to run, since they have to manually set the loyalty

Thanks for this info, wonder how I missed it. So it's safe to evolve my vani lvl10 (tentacle slug type) to his second form without losing anything.
