How about adding into the drop tables the cart/backseat/engine schematics? Make them like an uncommon drop.

The used to be a drop a long time ago. Then they were sold by NPCs. I doubt that they will be added back.

yup   I used to buy them and craft carts back in the day.  I would like to again but I don't want to have to get valor/honor points to buy the schematics. You used to be able to buy the back seats at npc too, its now a craft item.

 

doen't hurt to ask and see if they will add back as a drop.
