There was a debate between me and a guild member today, and I need someone to clear this up.
According to the Wiki, and posts I've seen, you can evolve a Homunculus, REGARDLESS OF LEVEL, when it's intimacy is loyal.
My friend argues that your Homu has to be both loyal AND level 99.
Who is correct?
Cause if I'm wrong I got Homus to level in 3days

Wiki is correct, the homun only needs to be loyal, it doesn't matter his lvl.

He probably was thinking on evolving to Homun S thats the only way you may need to have the homun at lvl 99 and loyal.

Doesn't need to be loyal, just evolved and 99+, although going above 99 on a non-S homunculus wrecks proper stat progression since it will gain stats at the lower pre-S level.
