[Exuro]

While I was going around the Harpy map, I saw a group of Harpies bullying the Arc Angeling in what seemed to be an endless battle. It's quite amusing to watch, really. I didn't expect it to be possible, but when I gave it a thought it made sense.

 

 

 

Of course, I killed them all.

I mean in my personal character? Is that a rare scene?

was it arc angeling's sanctuary or grand cross?

 

you can go in the einbech mine and pull any mobs on a trap. when the mob get caught in the explosion they will attack the pitman who put the trap if its still around. make sure you bring fire reduction gears coz you're gonna be the one to step on the trap

What's fun about Arc Angeling vs Harpy/any monster is that Arc Angeling heals all monsters around it with 9999 HP, therefore making their battle endless.

Arc Angeling does that a lot.  It's pretty funny, but no one ever wins.

I've seen the AA attacking his own summons... yeah he's nuts

You can also get bio3 monsters to fight each other, as I learned during the cecil/seyren TI3 a few weeks ago.

best thing i've witnessed was Sniper Cecil MVP in Bio3 gangbanged by her own extra slaves (summon 5 extra slaves when HP less than 30%) when i accidentally stepped on her traps. i got the mvp reward, while my friend helped to tanked the extra slaves, i quickly grabbed the loots on the floor

i often saw this, when i hit AA, he casted sanctuary. And...his carat damaged by his sanc (since carat is demon) started attacking him. But AA never lose, he always spam his 9999 heal.

Same goes to pitmans, his claymore trap is AOE, if we stepped into his trap and the splashed damage hit the monsters nearby (why the hell monster's attack can attack other monsters too), they started to bully the hitman. Saw a venomous and a teddy bear killed pitman, pity.

the same goes to White Lady in ET. her sanc damaged some evil nyimphs nearby. Nymphs started to attack her and got killed by her instead.

no, i mean White Lady killed the nyimphs. that lady didnt even fight them, the sanc killed them.

So you cant proceed and ET will bug if monsters kill each other in there? Well that sux.

i can proceed just fine. new ET rule then: no matter who kills the monster, as long as the floor wiped, a portal will appear. i think ET records the number of monster on a floor, unaware to who kills em.

Not sure if it's been fixed, since I haven't tried recreating it, but killing the last enemy on a floor with a mercenary or homunculus would screw up the hidden counter NPC that opens up the portal and you'd brick your ET session.

 

I've also heard (but never tried) that taming the last monster on a floor would brick it too.

 

I wonder if that bug still exists.

This is by the far the coolest I have seen so far.

 

I wonder if there was a monster tournament, which one would win.

 

1. All monsters on a single small map fight it out; Which one would walk out the winner?

2. A 1v1 format until the strongest monster takes the crown?

 

Any predictions?

depends on who's invited to the tourney.  if it's restricted to non-boss type monsters, i believe bio3 would win going away. no other regular mob dishes out the damage that they can

I wonder how that'd work though, since monsters only attack each other if one monster's skill accidentally affects the other monster. We'll have to wait for them to accidentally engage into each other. That would indeed be fun though if it were to happen. Heck, I already had a lot of fun watching Arc Angeling vs Harpy.

depending on the size of the arena, if you're waiting for monsters to accidentally cast on one another and then start fighting, that'd be like the hugel races all over again (i.e. a nightmare).

if the mvps don't have immunity to each other's skills, then mvps with dark blessing/coma should easily beat other mvps that don't have it.

 

in this case, i'd say DL > Bapho because of that.
