Sad! all chars gone not even one account succeed. what's wrong? o.o 

totally blur abt this thg. followed all the procedure and submited tickets. No solutions. no item no zeny but at least my chars kept also good! >.<

 

so miserable. 

 

somemore no news for character lost after telling me to wait for investigation of the problem patiently. what now -.-

After login, the character is empty. No have any update after log a ticket.
