when i downloaded the
AzzyAI 1.55 NEW 10/19! my screen froze when i do /hoai. i dunno what happened to it.. now i couldnt level up Humon please help me out

For now, do /hoai (on a different char on the same account) to get back to default AI to use your character.
Can you check your RO folder for the following files and send them to me (if present):
AAIStartH.txt
AAI_ERROR.log
TraceAI.txt
I have no idea how this issue could have come about, so if you could get those files to me (post them to any free file host, or copy+paste contents into here if it's short).
