I am 145/45, naked, with 90 base dex. I have 424 hit with eden buffs. Someone else is 150/x, naked, with 70 base dex. With eden buffs, they have 15 more hit than me. What's wrong?

Other person has LUK and you don't maybe?

I think the most she has is 30 base, but that shouldn't make up for the 20 dex difference should it? I will clarify how much LUK she has tomorrow.

Total HIT = 175 + BaseLv + DEX + Floor(LUK ÷ 3) + Bonus

 

Your HIT = 175 + 145 + (90[base] + 7[vip buff] + 5[job bonus]) + Floor(8[base + vip buff] / 3) = 424

 

Her HIT = 175 + 150 +(70[base] + 7[vip buff] + 5[job bonus]) + Floor(96[base + vip buff] / 3) = 439

 

The only way she can get 15 more HIT than you, assuming you both have the same job level has to be

a] she has close to base 90 LUK

b] she is getting some other extra bonus from other gear/buffs like DEX, LUK, HIT

She didn't seem to have any additional buffs, but I will confirm it, and her LUK later today.

 

Well I guess I only care about whether my HIT is correct. I will use that formula to make sure it's correct later. If it's not I will come back. Thanks guys.
