Dungeon: Cave of Riddles
Quest: The Darkest Memories.

I've been trying to go into the first dungeon and every time I activate the purple orb, the orb and monsters disappear. I know their is supposed to be another part to this quest but it is not activating. And the portal out of the dungeon becomes inactive and I can't leave the dungeon without quitting the game. If I try to leave using a butterfly wing, it fails. I also can't character change or log out after I've activated the orb. I also can't use any skills after I've activated it either.

Also: The quest itself is completed.

I'm not sure what's going on. This could be a simple mistake on my end, but the same exact thing has occurred three times.

Thought I would let you guys know.

Some of our dungeon channels are not working properly, which is why you're seeing some get into dungeons and some get a disconnect.

 

We are looking into it and will attempt to fix it as soon as we can figure a solution.

 

 

They're aware of the issue. Hopefully a fix comes soon.
