ticket question

how can I reply to a ticket?? I can't even log in at the support site, I pressed log in but nothing happened

Have you registered a new account on the support site before writing the ticket?

 

Sadly you can't log in there without registering a complete new account directly on the support site itself. Your normal warpportal login won't work, neither does your normal ingame login. And if you didn't register a complete new account on there before! writing the ticket, you won't be able to reply to your ticket in there - as far as I know. But I know for sure you have to have a registered account on there to be able to respond to your tickets via the support center.

 

Have you gotten an email response from the support team yet?

(I'm not talking about the automatically generated response. I do mean a individual answer regarding your issue.)

If this is the case, just reply to that response via email.  This normally does re-open your ticket. Normally.... in my case it worked as I was responding to an answer of the support. I would suggest to try that. It can take about 48 hours till you get a new response from the support though, but sometimes they are faster.
