can someone tell me about this npc?
is it for VIP only?
does it give free loyalty?
is this an event limited time offer?
does it drain hunger of the homunculus so you can feed it up ?
does it cost anything ? ( zenny, KP, items?, magic stone?)

Its not for VIP only
After applying at the NPC, during the following maintenance the GMs will place your homuns loyalty value to 1 feeding before being loyal. Feed your homun once after maintenance.
