It seems there is a corruption while downloading from our download servers.
Another user made a mirror upload of the files.

and have a look to the text written under the headline "Mirror".
Although this thread states, that the installer is especially for non-english windows systems, it also works with english ones.

If you download the files from the mediafire mirror, they should be ok.
Don't give up so fast.
Can you make a screenshot of the error and send it to me by PM?
