I am playing daily and constantly crash on loading screens, the game alt+tabs to desktop while im playing, leaving me to die while I wait for my screen resolution to adjust to getting back into a full screen game, it locks up and I can't click on anything until I alt+tab out and go back into game, I can't cast CONSTANTLY. Just 10 minutes ago I am surrounded by a group. I cast, get the skill target icon, click the mob, and NOTHING. no fail message, nothing. Full SP and I'm using mammonite and cart revo. Have zeny. wtf?

I have disabled UAC, I have installed a lag reducing program. I have reinstalled 4 times this week. I am running as admin with compatibility set to xp. What else can I do? IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

Don't play full screen - full screen does not work well on Win8 and later, and never worked as well as windowed mode. There is a client update coming at some point (god only knows when) that updates the graphics engine, which will probably help with this.

A side benefit of running in windowed mode is that alt+tab out and back to fix the mouse bug is much faster. If you keep the client open for a while, this bug stops happening (until you restart the client).

Issue with using skills is that you are likely 1 cell out of range, and you and/or the monster is posbugged, so you think you are in range. 1-range skills are very annoying to use for that reason - though with a bit of practice, you can compensate for it; the posbug issue has always been part of RO, and learning how to work around it is one of the skills that you develop as you play.
