Sadly, we at the forums are not able to help you with this kind of problem.

I recommend to write a ticket to the support and have a look if there is way how they can identify you to ensure that you are the owner of the account.

It would be a good idea if you would register an account at our support center so you can read the tickets and answers directly.

After you submit your ticket you'll get an automated answer to show you that your ticket has been received.

It will take up to 48 hours until you get an individual answer regarding your problem.
