A lot of people probably aren't looking up to the task of collecting 84k valor points and 28k honor points to get the passives that are in the shop.

Which is understandable, it's a massive amount of points and what you get out of it is not exactly a lot.

If at all possible, buy the master tier skill books with IM points: their cost in game is a joke for what you get from it.

Moving on to which skillbooks should have the most priority (can change depending on the class you play):

1)Critical: If you're PvPing, you surely know the importance of critical, as both an offensive and defensive stat. Regardless of wether your character is built around being able to crit or not, you have to get this additional 10% crit rate. Out of all the passives out there, it's also one of the more cost effective ones, as this gives you a total of 250crit at lv230.

2)Attack speed (auto attack based classes only): With all the passives, you have a total of 20% increased attack speed from this. Quite a lot, and it benefits almost all classes. If you're a launcher bourg/mage or support cleric, you can leave this out, saving you 14k honor.

3)Attack power: At 10% attack power, what you gain from this is actually not a lot. It's still recommended to get these passives though, since it does help. And while it gives little, the other passives under this just don't have as much priority. (support clerics drop this, and you save another 14k honor)

The next five are kind of dependant on which class in particular you play, and what you seem to have most trouble with.

4)Defense (cleric, knight, crossbow scout, champion, dual raider): Don't get me wrong, every class can benefit from defense. However, for the less defensive classes out there, this one is not as much of a priority as its benefits aren't very high. 20% of a low stat is still rather low. If you do not value the accuracy or movement speed though, this one stays at fourth.

5)Accuracy: This kind of depends on who you target. If you don't target any hawker types, you might as well drop accu altogether, or get it dead last. In case you do target hawkers and such, then you can put accu as fourth or fifth priority.

6)Magic defense: This stat is kind of troublesome to place. The classes that need extra mdef don't have enough to benefit from this, while the ones that already have decent mdef generally don't need any more and might as well drop it. This is a sixth or last priority.

7)Movement speed: I put this almost last because this stat really depends from player to player. Not everyone values the additional movement speed as others (I for one, do not). Also important to note, you gain 106 (soldier classes), 108 (muses), 110 (dealers) or 114/115 (hawker) from all the passives combined. Not exactly a whole lot. Can be dropped to save 14k valor.

8)Dodge (hawker classes): Unless you're a hawker, you gain as good as nothing from this stat. While you could try some oddball builds, like a dodge mage, the majority of classes do not benefit from this, putting it at last. You might as well drop it altogether, saving you 14k valor. For hawkers, this is a fourth or fifth priority,

Additional note: If you only PVM, you can leave out the accuracy passive altogether as monsters have negligible dodge. Getting the attack power and attack speed passives will also be rather difficult on a PVM character, so you can leave AP out. ASPD is still recommended on most classes, since you often auto attack the bosses when farming/dungeoning.

EXTRA: Start with the blessings (4k cost), they're the most cost efficient ones out of all of them. Then work up to master, starting with the lowest ones. You can also do blessing/novice/apprentice/disciple of all stats before moving on to the adept and master passives, as they cost way more for what they actually give.

This is what I would do :)

Great job on putting this down for everyone having trouble deciding!

The majority of them doesn't even check these forums though. But it didn't take that long to write this so I decided to anyway, maybe it helped a few souls out there.
