It certainly shows that no exp event is happening or whatsoever here in Odin ?

 

I mean seriously? Why are we suffering this kind of false information that you are giving us...

 

Base on my experience with XP events, if 100% exp event is happening my quest experience reward should be double on the given reward
, I should have received 1000xp instead of 500

The 30% exp bonus should be working now, try after the maint is done and see if you get blue numbers for exp in the quest description.
