The Ragnarok Online 2 Facebook group posted this a couple of hours ago:

 

 

Our short maintenance today was not able to resolve all the dungeon issues so our development team is still working to resolve them as soon as possible. 

 

In the meantime, those of you who have played since September will have a Pandora Key, 3 30 min Master Battle Manuals, and a 1 Day Elite Card waiting for you in your temporary storage now!

 

We will have all the dungeons fully functional soon! Thanks for your patience.

If I understood it correctly, it applies to anyone who has been registered before September?

not sure, i have an account that was made last year but no mentioned items are given.

But I'm dirt poor so I take what I can get.

 

I'm actually excited about the 1-day card. I work office hours so I only have the weekends for hardcore grinds. I might buy 1-day cards if they got those on KP shop.

Like I told you in the other thread, it was discovered that the Temporary Box delivery system is having some issues and they're still trying to iron it out. Of course there are other bugs that are taking higher priority, so it's best to file a ticket if you're missing the compensation items and you're sure that you played in September.

I got mine. But I'd rather have these bugs fixed! Especially, the dungeon bugs!

I had gotten the key and the day card. Need to confirm if there were the manuals, since not recalling them at all.

 

Edit: Somehow I have two Pandora keys, the rest is how they mentioned.
