It's nothing to do with the internet connection, its my laptop's ability to connect to the internet. I've even tried plugging it directly into the router via an Ethernet cable, but it still comes up with DNS server not found, but all my families laptops connect. I've tried clearing the DNS caches, pinging the IP, I've even tried a system restore but it failed to do it. I think I have a virus proventing me from connecting. What can I do?
