my hunter points remain at 0 but i killed alot of monsters
poring and condors
im ml20 bug or what?!

Monsters for the hunter rank must be within the normal exp range for your character in order to count.

im ml 20 right now so what level or mobs should i kill to gain points?

You could either kill monsters in Osiris or Dark Whisper (lower) for hunter ranking points at that level.

The level range is 5 lvls up, 5 lvls down your level. So at ML20 you get points/experience/pandoras... from lvl65 to 75 mobs.

Your score should show your current points for the day, but the other players score you see on the board is from the day before.
