Hey guys, i need help!! recently i bought a hiria's tear from stranger. i didn know it will be character locked. i thought i could unlock with valor points. But someone told me i cant unlock character locked items!!!

 

I need to trade the Hiria's Tear to my cleric!! What should i do now????????

hiria's tear is "locked on aquire", same with honor gear. this means it becomes locked once you obtain it. you have to be careful and read the item restrictions before you buy anything. only 'bound' items can be unbound using the valor unbinders. locked is permanent and cannot be unlocked. not sure if there's much you can do now :/
