Hi,
It has been a while since I played ROSE. I started playing this after ROSE Online went down. I am a bit confused about the npc layout. Does anyone know where the rest of the different kinds of arrows are sold cause I only see that Luna goes up to claw arrows. Which npc sells storm arrows?

None, you'd have to craft the best arrows or buy from players.

The strongest arrows available from NPC's are gilded arrows in orlo. Anything higher, like demon, nymph, lightning, elven, storm, etc. will have to be crafted. I advise you use nymph arrows, they're very cheap for what they give, compared to storm arrows.
