Leonis sorry for posting this here instead of private messaging you. But I am randomly getting crashes a lot, people in Junon are luring spiders to kill all the shops. But most importantly the random client crashing. It's not disconnecting just crashing randomly. My friends told me they have crashed over 30 times so far today. Not sure if they are exaggerating but just letting you know.

Yea, it can be quite annoying. I logged in and i see like 40 shops dead, players luring monsters to them. Theres only few spots safe to vend because people are just luring monsters to the shops for what reason i dont know...

We have been looking in to the issue as much as possible to determine the cause of the crash. So far, little luck, but we're still working on it.

I'm crashing if I only try to Start, yes start, the game after this Patch
Guessing it's not the same error tho^^

Yeah MidnightSmurf, that doesn't sound like the same thing. Would you submit a ticket about your problem. The Player Experience team will take a look and pass it on to us if they're not able to fix it.

I had the same thing happen on Draconis earlier today and it does seem to be related to the spiders that spawn during the invasion at night. I was standing near the shops by Mildun suddenly both clients turned white and stopped working. When I relogged all of the vendors where I was standing were all dead on the ground. It's pretty unlikely that those mobs got all the way on their own.

I re-downloaded the game and I LOVED it, no joke. The file was updated and it all looked so neat! Then I got a new flashy icon as well!

 

Gotta be able to see them positive things when things go wrong to begin with.

Leena + Honeybuns, the only way to mitigate this issue you have now until Leo and devs can fix it is this:

 

Try to make sure your chars + vendors are "facing away" from where the mobs would spawn (ie: the junon gate direction).. So face towards south or southeast.. I've been vending closer to the gypsy merchant npc and facing south east direction so i dont get crashes.. before this i usually crash when the mobs gets lured into town..
