i got new DNA for Paralysis trap but i don't know what is it

name of DNA is Swift Paralysis trap

Length of paralysis trap - 10

 

i'm had up it to level 5 but don't see anything different

Swift Paralysis Trap reduces the casting time of the skill and it works. But I agree with you that the description is a bit confusing.
