wiki says that the formula is 40*atk+80%HP. i know that this skill forced neutral like gfist. my question is

1. does defence (hard/soft) reduce the damage ?

2. it is a ranged atk. does ranged atk increase both atk part and HP part ? or just HP part ?

1. Afaik it does. So does demi reductions.

2. Both parts.

ranged attack boosts will do more for KS than any other skill that ninja classes have... in fact instead of ranged buffs for most attacks race/size buffs are better... KS is the only skill that gets a greater benefit from ranged bonuses than size/race bonuses....
