In what way can they help me? I thought purchases can't be refunded

They can, if it was a mistake. and if you don't use the item or remove it from the purchase tab.

They may not refund your money, but they most likely will be willing to exchange items instead. The customer service people here have been very good with me in that regards!

I tried payment support but it asks for payment method and payment number. I don't know that information.

They can return the IM points, but they won't refund the money.

Please allow us to follow up on your case. Unfortunately we cannot help to refund or convert Valor Quests Tickets. However you can still use, convert, or trade these tickets in game.

this was the reply warpportal gave me. what in the world does "convert valor quest tickets" ..... however you can still use(convert) ?? i can convert valor quest tickets in game... premium shop doesnt have that function... a little help?

I think you can convert them to premium points at the NPC near spawn. He is next to Lyon.

I didn't realize it but I have many of these as well (although only about 1/2 as many as you). If you get a resolution henrycao, please let us know. I'm sure if enough people have the problem, it will be treated as a priority to come up with a resolution. Personally I would like to see a conversion to valor points.

Well you can always use them to do Valor quests from Adalric. The shining stone quest gives 3% experience and 2 valor points. The other 3 quests give 3500 exp and 10 valor points. If you have the valor passive its 15 valor pts per run.

Well i also did send warnhal a msg and still no reply and its some weeks ago now. So he really don't seem to bother to me. Good luck with waiting!

Leonis replied, he is gonna implement an in game exchange program soon. In the meantime he said I could use the tickets(like its worth), sell the tickets(like anyone would buy) or wait until the exchange program that could benefit me in the future.

 

I had my intentions on buying Union Quest tickets long time ago which would give me Honor* not the Valor Quest tickets. Leonis replied saying that every time an item is to be changed they try to maintain the item price. I think this item needs to be re-looked at. -.-" it use to give me about 50honor I believe from the lost stones quest. Now i get 3valor from that quest... Yes, Yes, their may be other quests to do that can give you more valor BUT* the dungeon game mode is completely FREE. So how was the worth of this item maintained?

 

Leonis also mentioned in the email he sent me is that even though they implemented such a change to "Union Quest Ticket ~ Valor Quest Ticket" he had applied in game features such as exchangeable between honor to valor or valor to honor. ~Again with how was this items worth maintained? Tradeing 5valor to gain 1 honor. Union Quest tickets use to give me 50 flat honor*... Now if I wanted that honor I would need 250Valor???? I do the higher pay quest 10x just to replace it. The lost stones quest* ~~Main one i use to do, I would have to do that quest ""83.3x""!!!! just to regain that 50 honor I use too earn.

------Nobody buys this item anymore even in a vend. Because the time used to do the quest vs. dungeons is simply not worth it.

 

I have 1769 of these sitting around... -.-" look into this Rose Online Developers. The item is simply not worth buying anymore..

And to be honest it should be taken out of the game rather than trying to make it become something... I am very pissed at my purchases.
