returning from when?
anyway.. people usually level using gramps TI. he's the old man behind the desk in eden group headquarters. and your level is in the sweet spot.. where you could join any high ti parties .. high ti level range is from 126-150 .. so usually parties are 126-141 or 135-150 ..
other than that i dont know where you could level a sura since i do not have one as high level as yours..
