1pm est was 5 min ago, so got to love it when companies who have been running the same game for 10-13 years still can not get correct maintance timeframes down.

In the OP's defense they typically always go past the posted maintence time. "cut them a break" is for small start up companies trying to get the "hang of it," I agree with OP that Gravity should be more responsive or efficient with the servers especially if there is a population of people who donate to them.
