Están tardando mucho por que tienen muchos windows updates que actualizar y algunos patchs algo pesados. No te preocupes, el servidor lo abrirán de 30 mins a 1 hora. 
Me imagino que igual hablas español.

Unfortunately it looks like we are experiencing some issues beyond just doing windows updates. We have the IT team trying to figure out what happened. We will for sure be restoring any VIP time lost due to this. Once we know more we will keep you updated.

lol.. don't use windows for servers, use linux for better stability and reliability..

As far as I know the server-side applications are made for Windows, but yeah, that's the exact reason as to why people are complaining a lot about literally everything.

Not sure if Aegis works on other operating systems but if not, I don't think they have time to create a Linux version of it.
