Thank you for understanding I didn't have control over those end choices, I could only offer advice on some prizes... I hope to be able to redeem myself in other events and contribute a lot more to the community~

 

You don't need to redeem yourself at all, you had no control over what people are complaining about, so don't give much thought to some of these comments.

honestly even the hat didn't bother me so much at the chance for a much better hat. as a lot of latinas (latin /hispanic/chicana women) usually put a ton of flowers in their hair for this event, hopefully maybe we can ask plead and beg for an exchanger for the headbands and see if we can get an other neat prize~

Personally, I like little cute hat quests like this even if the hats aren't expensive or worth selling.

 

I made a hat making raffler event in my PVM guild and two of my guildies made a LOT of hats, their entries were extremely entertaining and funny. I wish there's more hat quests like this! Even if it's simple. :3 Thanks Tati for designing this quest!

thank you fier for the vote of confidence~ I've loved your ideas for things as well~ the crunch toast is one my favorites to make. i once made about 20  or 30 and gave to little mewbies~ little things like that stay with a person. still this is a good learning experience and i'm grateful that many people did the quest, i will learn to be more involved with pairing of items/kill count to prize ratio.

Question, do you read a book because you are going to get something physical from doing so? I believe everyone is missing the most important part of this quest which is a good story.

 

I believe tatihana00 did an amazing job working with the GM's to get this quest implemented so she could tell a entertaining Halloween themed story.

For me the reward is a bit off from what the festivity is, but it's not like there's a wide choice of themed headgears, at least forthis holiday.

ANYWAYS I'm mexican and was surprised to see this wonderful miniquest! glad to see events from around the world, and let people experience holidays from around the world... kind of

Nothing actually wrong with the quest script, it was straightforward and easy to follow without a complex guide. I even got a chuckle out of "feet don't fail me now" and apparently my character ran all the way to Rachel lol

 

I apologize if my comments sounded like an ungrateful brat, we appreciate all the effort you put though to make a special quest.

lol. what does flower band have to do with hallo'ween? .  would of been nice if the whisper mask was one of the random rewards.

It's not actually a Halloween quest. The thread title is a bit misleading. It's a Día de Muertos quest. http://en.wikipedia....Day_of_the_Dead

Most of the time your prize suggestions won't be used. Out of the 4 quests I've written, my suggestion was used once. I think when you write no kro-supported quests your chances are higher. But you just need to check if we might have the headgears and they are being unused or not.
Also, might want to get used to people bashing on your quests, happens every time. Of course there are also the nice people that will thank you for your work. Nice to see that there are other people writing some quests/mini quests right now.

I don't think it gives exp. If your vip the Alarms are a fairly decent source to collect the skulls.

even alarm mask would be a more appropiate reward, the rest is fine as it is .

Depending on where you farm the skulls, you may be able to get a little extra from Eden quests at the same time.  For example, Alarm and Dark Priest have Eden leveling quests if you're level appropriate, and Reno has a Dark Priest hunt for crystals as well. Glast Heim mob rewards are also boosted by the spotlight.

skull hood[1] would have been a nice reward... its thematic, cool looking, and not at all OP....
