RO2 SEA Merge. Account not registered.

I tried to merge my account here and it said succeeded. When I try to log in that account, it says account not registered yet. So I made a new account by using same name and try to log in that too.. I can log in by using that name but my characters are not there. What is happening? I submitted tickets to support, but no reply at all. Are they doing their job? I waited for 2 weeks already and this makes me even mad waiting for a respond.

sorry I think your case happened same as my SEA friends. It is the ID crash issue.

 

The only solution now is perhaps try ask warp portal whether can reset your merge token for you to re-merge.

Till now I still havent get any respond from support team. Same thing happens to my account, my characters still not there.. Please I need a moderator respond on this problem and steps to solve it

I have same problem, it's already been 2 weeks, and there is still not respond from GM. :(

Guess every mod is sleeping.. It already been 2 days since I posted this thread. Don't know why they made this section if they cannot provide us solution or even give a respond regarding this problem..

Too bad unable to sending ticket and don't know whats going wrong.

Send the ticket few times. None of them get any reply yet.. Its already been 2 weeks since i submitted my first ticket.

Same for me, used my token on 13 october and still can't see my character. Hope i can get my ticket answered soon

Please contact customer support via the ticket system https://support.warpportal.com/ To speak directly with them, please file a ticket under a different section from the SEA server merge. That section is for requests to merge only and will not open up a support ticket. You can file a ticket under Account Retrieval or Technical/Web Support. Please keep in mind that if you recently requested your account to be merged the process is not immediate. It is currently done manually on a 24 to 28 hour basis.

Okay, I got an update. It seems our web development team has been overwhelmed with recent requests so the time table for the SEA fix was delayed a week. We are expecting it to be done soon, but not sure of the time frame. I'd say within the week, if not sooner. They are past the due date we set for them, so they know how dire it is. Once it is fixed, it should resolve the issues. We'll keep everyone posted.

 

 

This is what i get from admin about this.. Lets wait and see until next week.

Perhaps resend the ticket to WP to get the new token and merge with new email address may help.

 

Few of my SEA friends just manage to solve it these two weeks.

Yes...problem solve with create another new email and game ID then bind the token
