hi i'm new here and don't know why i cant log-in to the game?

 

i have the main account in warpportal and sub account in dragon saga and still cant connect to the game???

 

any help please?

unfortunately we at the forums are not able to help you with such account issues.

The only way to get rid of this problem is to submit a ticket to our support team.

For department choose 4. Technical/Web Support.

Please fill out the needed information (inlcuding WarpPortal Email and Account ID) and describe your problem.

I'm sure our support team can help you.

 

After you submit the ticket you will get an automatic answer to your e-mail address to inform you that our support team has received your ticket.

It can take up to 48 hrs to get an individual response regarding your problem.
