Hi.
Yesterday i played and everything was fine and as soon as i logged in today i had to notice that all my charackters were gone.

Can someone explain that to me ? Has anyone made such an experience befor?

We have an issue with accounts that have been created from 10/15 to 10/29/2014 and we are aware of it.

I already have created a topic about this issue.

We are missing all halloween event that's so unfair...why u just didnt do a rollback after the patch..just to be like it was before...i'm bored...

no coin...no halloween mission...so great...missing everything

and need more than 48h to get like it was before...

The character isn't deleted. There is an issue with characters/accounts created from 10/15 to 10/29.

I know it's not delete. but we can't play, here the fact..i sent a ticket directly after the patch and still no news. srsly wtf...

and we've to remember name and lvl of our char...r u kidding?if we don't know we just don't get our char back?Great...

It usually takes up to 48 hrs until a ticket is completely processed.

 

Remembering a character's name shouldn't be that hard, but I understand that remembering the specific level of a specific char, especially if you play more than one, is hard. Because of that I'm in the process of clarifying what can be done if the level is unknown. At time being I'm waiting for an answer and I'll surely get back to you when I got it.

 

We are very sorry and apologize for the inconvinience this issue causes to all players, but unfortunately I can't give you a more satisfying answer.

This is the reason why we add a little compensation package to all affected accounts.

I'm not able to give you an answer to this at the moment, because we at the forums have no access to the account databases or anything account specific. But I will try to clarify this for you for sure. As soon as I got an answer I get back to you.

Update to the question how long it takes until the char is recovered:

Normally it takes up to 48 hrs, but I got an answer from the support that they try to do their best for the players to get their characters back as soon as possible.

 

When I get more infos I update the first post of the topic where I annouced the issue.
