I play ragnarok since i was very younger and i have some accounts pre renewall changes but,i was a child without the correct old and i put false info about my birthday :(i was silly and now for recover the account i need the birthday date.

Can help me someone?

i can affirm im the owner with screen of "My accounts" "Add existing" and i can give the Acc Number for affirm that

I read i must give

• Nickname:
• Full Name of User:
• Address:
• Phone #:
• Zip Code:
• Date of Birth:
• E-mail used to register account (Please provide 4-5):
• Warp Portal E-mail address:
• Character(s) on the Account:

Contact the GM team via the support ticket system at support.warpportal.com - this request can ONLY be handled through tickets.

Be honest, and supply as much information as you can. If you know the wrong info you gave, that's even better. I've gotten accounts back from situations like that - if all you gave wrong info on is the age, you're probably all set. Everyone knows that when RO first started, people were still afraid to give accurate info when registering for stuff.

make sure you create a warp portal support account (separate from the account you are using to post here) prior to raising your ticket.  if you do not, then there is no way for you to update/respond to anything the GMs handling your ticket say.
