Even though I did sign up for last maintenance's event, I didn't get the Loyalty buff.

 

Did this happen to anyone else? Can I do anything besides sending a ticket?

It was a two week event but they are holding it for an additional week due to the emergency maintenance they had to fix the npc after last week's maintenance.  They said tickets would be rejected.  Just reregister.

You registered before the restart that fixed the npc (it was still broken after the maint last week, and they fixed it shortly thereafter with a restart), and didn't go back and register again because the GMs didn't effectively communicate to the player base that they needed to do this. 

 

Re-register, they're doing one more week of loyalty event because lots of people are in your situation.

@Zeusterae It's an ongoing event that will take your homunculus' loyalty up to loyal after the maintenance. For that to happen you just need to register at the npc in Lighthalzen.

I'll post coordinates when I re-register

I didn't understand your question.

 

When you evolve it, It'll bring his loyalty down to "Hate with a passion", if I recall. You can then start building it up again.

yeah but the loyalty adjustment during maintenance will bring up the evolved homunc back up to 2 feedings from loyal once more, bypassing this.
