I want to know what happen to the items on my other's character account..

 

The first time I logged in, it was normal ->my character was in proper clothes.

 

I went to the storage to get some items and after I thought I already got it, I closed the storage screen and check my inventory.

 

After I saw I missed getting it.. I went back to the storage keeper and open again and get the necessary stuff I want, but in  my shocked my storage went empty -->all gone and everything was there was gone except the zulies..

 

I tried to re-log again coz I thought its just a simple bug but it just got worst. My character turned nude all the inventory and storage items gone except zulie..

 

I tried to ask my friends what should I do and they said," try to re-log again tomorrow coz I've been through that to my other char..."

 

so I let pass a day... but still.. its the same outcome.. so now I'm reporting my complain. I hope you will settle this thing soon..

If relogging did not help, then you need to make a ticket. Here is the link https://support.warp...70-cbf239da2f12  Give all of the details in the ticket and then give support 48 hours to reply. You should check your email during that time too, in case they have any questions for you. 

 

I know it's upsetting when something like this happens but I'm sure support will be able to help you. Your items are not gone forever so try not to worry.
