in my opinion its the best loyal skill you should get it, the main dieter skills are atk based so 50% is something for normal hits its no worth it but for skills is really good.

There's a free loyalty event right now.Why would you not get it?You don't have to go through all the feeding others did.

You'll have to wait till the next maintenance for them to change the loyalty.

It doesn't need to be loyal to become a dieter but yes,it needs to be loyal to get blood lust.
