Each refine level increases Judex damage by 5%. Only limited to +10
If refined to +5, Increases Judex AOE splash from 3x3 to 5x5.
If refined to +7, Increases Judex damage by an additional 50%.
If refined to +9, When Judex skill is used, 100% chance to auto-cast level 1 Holy Light (125% matk) to enemies damaged by Judex and learned level of Heal to yourself. The holy light damage is not increased by Soul Link.

Explanation
The holy light autocasting is not imbalanced as it only gives an addition 125% MATK damage. Not a game breaking buff considering that Judex is worthless in renewal. Just a fun bonus and yet higher level monsters cannot be defeated by just a Judex archbishop.
Equipping +10 of this headgear gives 100% increase to Judex damage. Level 5 of judex deals a poorly 400% MATK (so 2 x 400% =800% MATK in total) + 125% MATK from Holy light. It also autocasts Heal at (+9) to yourself when Judex is used (not imbalanced again as it's just one proc of heal similar to just using one heal to yourself after casting judex). It also increases its AOE splash from 3x3 to 5x5.
The purpose of the headgear is mainly to buff Judex as there are no other skill that an archbishop can use to grind and experiment. Even the +10 of this headgear does not promote a killing machine but just a fun build that is somehow cool.
