Make sure you say "skill-specific cooldown" on metallic sound, as it does not have any global after cast delay, and devs are not smart. One time they removed the global delay from arrow vulcan to try and improve it...
 
Also 15% damage on metallic sound is near useless... it will change the damage when using amplifiers from 400% to 415%, which is negligible. A real 15% increase would be the headgear doing +60%. Also, each amplifier adds 60 SP to the cost (and the initial cost is 80), so you're reducing the cost from 200 to 185, which is also negligible. Try reducing by 30~50! Yes I am suggesting you include amplifiers by default into the balancing of the skill because metallic sound is useless without them.

Also the effects of your gear directly compete with mine? (and mine is getting made oda says! so we're getting its effects hopefully, already) Do we really need to make people have to choose which one is better for sound damage wandy? Shouldn't both headgears help like 2 different builds instead?

I am hoping this would be a combo with Costume: Weather Pack as they complement each other.

 

Shining Sun/Rainbow + Teru = Positive effect

Rain/Lightning Cloud + Teru = Negative effect

 

If not, a standalone costume will be cute!

As far as I know, you can get a named version of your headgear if the developers implement it into the game by asking the CMs. Good enough for me.

Here are some ideas for extended classes.

 

Gunslinger/Rebel: "Hat of the Hellhound"

 

   or 

Background: I figured use a hat from the Hellsing anime given that Alucard uses dual-guns.

Summary: a hat which resembles the "Hellhound." His victims fear the devouring sight of Alucard.

 

Stats:

+2 DEX

Adds XX% to the skill Desperado

Gives a low chance (.1%-1%) when attacking of the Bleeding status

 

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

 

Kagero/Oboro: "Shogunate Helm"

 

 

Background: picked this from the old style helms of the time.

 

Summary: A helm of the powerful shogunate during the old era. It displays power and cunning prowess of intellect upon it's wearer.

 

Stats:

+2 STR, +2 INT

 

Adds +XX% damage to all throwing skills.

Again just ideas. Not looking to making things unbalanced. I'll leave that part to the community and developers.
