I just bought WP but cant convert Kafra points to my Main account. I read an old post, it is because my main is registered on steam. So I convert to my Alt and buying kafra item then trade with my main. Then, when i was going to trade, one of the headgear box cant be trade. I do not know because the box description is not understandable, i thought it said "it cant be trade nor drop" after openned the box. The item's name is Chick Hat Box. I ask the players in the game, they said go asking a GM to help, but i do not know how to contact a gm. PLS HELP!
