What should I change to kill that nasty Turtle General. I am mostly katars but I could use daggers though.

 

Turtle General use Break Weapon skill.

You should use a KVM Katar or unbreakable weapon.

He has AGI up too. So, Katar is easier unless you are DD Crit build.

 

Turtle General use level 10 water ball.

So, you need a lot of water element resist.

If you use DR, you can be killed instantly.

So last night was the first time I solo ET on my GX and I got up to turtle general, level 35? I think.

I was using elemental armos, hbp with deviling and immune nid, elemental garments too.

I am wondering as to what weap to use though. I used a hunter fly carded Thanatos Katar.

Head: +9 rwh
Mid: gangster mask
Weap thanatos katar
Armor: element armors
Garment: neutral and elemental garments
Shoes: temp agi boots, variats
Accessories: 2 rogues treasures

Yea your only problem was crit which is easy to get as a gx 90 base luk is 31 crit 2 rogue treasure with 90 agi give 20 crit so thats 102 crit already now you need abit more from crit consumable or +7 critical shad armor and good to go

Hmm honestly idk with katar maybe with Guillotine Katar/Glorious Jama on a demi MVP not sure if can do that dmg normally.

I do about same damage of that guy, and my vs demi-human gears are not even that great, specially i use GBR instead of GJ.

I think omnis nid vid uses bapho, bapho isn't that great of a card really since GX max damage is always single target, its OK for mob control, but you sacrifice 25% max dmg on boss by using it

Also, ash, do that DMG to MVP in video

go crit, since hatii use agi up, use unfrozen wind armor + high water resistance, their hits are not hard to tank, and u can use hallucination walk to make it even easier

Also, they drop FAST since their HP pool is way outdated compared to our DPS.

Sad future for garms and stormies... endangered species....

post a video or it's all talk. It might be simple, but the most effective way of killing them to me wouldn't dare use a straight tank method. Even Gene with shield can be hurt badly by the mob.
